Privacy Policy

We aim to limit use and disclosure to service purposes and situations permitted or required by law.

01Information we collect

Depending on how you use Anaheim Express, we may collect:

  • Merchant and representative names, email addresses, telephone numbers, business profile details, pickup locations, and account identifiers.
  • Pickup and delivery addresses, contact names and phone numbers, saved recipients, package sizes and quantities, notes, imported order rows, and tracking events.
  • Transaction records, billing-code usage, weekly invoices, membership status, refund requests, and claim information.
  • Support messages, accessibility requests, feedback, and other communications.
  • Device, browser, IP address, security, and technical log information produced when the service is used.

02How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Create and secure accounts and provide authenticated features.
  • Prepare quotes and process, dispatch, deliver, track, and support orders.
  • Process payments, memberships, refunds, claims, and billing questions.
  • Send receipts, service updates, security notices, and support responses.
  • Prevent fraud, troubleshoot errors, enforce service rules, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

03Order and delivery information

Delivery details may be shared with assigned drivers, dispatch personnel, recipients, and operational partners where necessary to complete or support an order. Reassignment or delivery-only transfers may give the next assigned driver the information needed to deliver a package that has already been picked up.

04Recipient information supplied by merchants

Merchants may enter recipient details manually, reuse saved recipients, or import spreadsheet rows for batch orders. Provide only information needed to arrange and complete delivery. Avoid including unrelated sensitive information in notes or files.

You are responsible for having authority to provide another person’s information, giving any required notices, and obtaining consent where required. Recipient information is used for delivery and related service administration; providing it for an order does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing.

05Delivery records, photos, and signatures

Where collected for an order, pickup and delivery events, package or delivery photographs, uploaded files, and recipient signatures may be used to confirm service completion, provide tracking and proof of delivery, investigate incidents, and review claims. Relevant records may be available to authorized merchant users, drivers, dispatch staff, and support personnel for that order.

06Payment information

Stripe processes card and subscription payments. Anaheim Express receives transaction details such as status, amount, card brand, and limited card information, but does not intend to store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

07Business billing records

For authorized billing-code use, we keep records linking the business, code, orders, amounts, and invoice status. Weekly invoices and billing communications may include order identifiers, service dates, pickup and delivery addresses, charges, discounts, and taxes, and may be sent to the designated invoice recipient and authorized administrators.

08Account information

Firebase services support account authentication, databases, and file storage for business profiles, saved recipients, orders, billing records, and uploaded files. Keep account credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

09Communications

Resend or another email provider may deliver confirmations, receipts, invoice notices, account updates, and support messages. Promotional communications, if used, are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

10Service providers and processing locations

We use providers for authentication, databases, file storage, payments, email, hosting, address validation and lookup, geocoding, maps, distance calculation, and route optimization. This includes Firebase, Stripe, Google Maps Platform services, and Resend. Relevant addresses or coordinates may be sent to Google for these features; address results may be cached to support service operation.

Providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada. Information processed elsewhere may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of that jurisdiction.

11Data retention

We may retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet tax, accounting, insurance, or legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.

12Security

We aim to use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls, authentication, and encryption in transit where supported. No electronic service can guarantee absolute security.

13Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal information, withdraw consent to non-essential uses, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

14Children’s privacy

Anaheim Express services are not directed to children. Accounts and purchases should be created by a person with legal capacity to enter the transaction or by an authorized business representative.

15Contact information

Our support team will direct the request to the person responsible for privacy. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or order without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
