02Types of technology we use
The technologies used on a page depend on the features you access. They may include:
- Essential technologies used for sign-in, security, fraud prevention, and reliable site operation.
- Browser storage used to remember language preferences, business onboarding information, order drafts, and unresolved checkout attempts.
- Payment and risk technologies used by Stripe when you access checkout.
- Technical logs maintained by hosting and service providers for security and troubleshooting.
03Order drafts and checkout recovery
Single and batch order drafts may be saved in local storage, including recipient names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, package details, and notes. Checkout recovery may save the submitted order payload and transaction identifiers so an interrupted attempt can be checked without creating a duplicate charge.
A draft recovery window is not a promise that browser data is automatically deleted when that window ends or when you sign out. Browser data may remain until it is replaced or cleared. Use a trusted device, especially when entering recipient details, and clear site storage on shared devices after resolving any checkout in progress.
Clearing browser storage can remove recovery information. If a checkout result is uncertain, check the order history or contact support before retrying payment.
04Essential technologies
Some technologies are necessary to provide features you request. Disabling them may prevent account sign-in, checkout, saved preferences, or other parts of the website from working correctly.
05Analytics and performance
The portal uses technical information needed for functionality, security, and error investigation. If non-essential analytics, advertising, or marketing technologies are introduced, we will provide updated information and consent controls where required.
06Third-party services
Firebase authentication, Stripe checkout, Google address or map features, and other infrastructure or hosting providers may use their own storage or technical identifiers when providing services. Their privacy terms apply to their processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
07Managing cookies
You can review, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Browser controls vary, so consult your browser help documentation. Blocking essential storage may limit website functionality.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when website features, vendors, or legal requirements change. The last updated date above identifies the current version.
